Music Teacher (2-3 Yrs Experience)

We are seeking a passionate and talented Music Teacher with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Chandigarh. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong understanding of music fundamentals and are eager to foster a love for music within a corporate environment. The ideal candidate will possess a Graduation Not Required educational background and demonstrate creativity in their teaching methods. You will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging music programs for employees, promoting employee well-being and engagement through the power of music.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging music lessons and workshops for employees of varying skill levels.

Plan and organize musical activities, events, and performances for the corporate office.

Introduce basic music theory, rhythm, and melody concepts in an accessible manner.

Encourage employee participation and create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Select appropriate musical instruments and resources for lessons and activities.

Assess employee progress and provide constructive feedback.

Collaborate with the HR and Employee Engagement team to align music programs with company objectives.
