Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Music Teacher to join our vibrant team at Tata Consumer Products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating students of various age groups on musical concepts, instruments, and performance. This role involves fostering a love for music and developing students' musical talents within our employee engagement and community outreach programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive music curriculum for different age groups and skill levels.
- Teach music theory, ear training, and music history.
- Provide instruction on various musical instruments (e.g., piano, guitar, drums, Indian classical instruments).
- Lead group music classes, ensembles, and choirs.
- Organize and direct student recitals and performances.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other educators and departments for cross-curricular activities.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and musical trends.
- Manage classroom logistics and ensure a safe learning space.
