Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for a Mutual Fund Operations role within our Finance department in Bhubaneshwar. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent MBA/PGDM graduate with 0-2 years of experience who is eager to learn and contribute to the efficient functioning of our mutual fund activities. You will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of fund operations, supporting the team in achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily NAV (Net Asset Value) calculation and reconciliation processes.
- Support the processing of fund transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and maintenance of fund-related data.
- Help in the preparation of regulatory reports and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams and external custodians for smooth operational workflows.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor fund performance and assist in generating performance reports.
- Handle investor queries and provide timely resolutions.
