Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mutual Fund Operations Specialist to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing various operational processes within the mutual fund industry, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process daily fund operations, including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers.
- Ensure accurate NAV (Net Asset Value) calculation and reconciliation.
- Handle corporate actions and their impact on fund portfolios.
- Liaise with custodians, transfer agents, and other third-party service providers.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Prepare operational reports for management and stakeholders.
- Assist in the onboarding of new funds and the implementation of new operational processes.
