Mutual Fund Operations Specialist - Courier / Logistics Sector

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mutual Fund Operations Specialist with 2-4 years of experience to join our finance team in Delhi. This role is crucial for managing and overseeing the operational aspects of our mutual fund investments within the logistics sector. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of analytical skills and a creative problem-solving approach, honed through their M.Des education, to optimize processes and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and process daily mutual fund transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, and switches, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile fund accounting records with custodian statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of NAV (Net Asset Value) calculations and associated reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., portfolio management, compliance) and external partners (fund houses, custodians) to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement process improvements using design thinking principles to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks.
- Conduct research and analysis on market trends and operational best practices relevant to mutual fund investments in the logistics industry.
- Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for operational challenges, leveraging your M.Des background.
- Prepare regular performance reports and ad-hoc analysis as required by management.
