Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance team as a Mutual Fund Operations Associate. This role is ideal for a recent postgraduate with an M.A. degree looking to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic financial operations of a leading media and entertainment conglomerate. You will be responsible for supporting the smooth execution of mutual fund-related transactions and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily processing of mutual fund transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers.

Reconcile fund accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records.

Support the preparation of reports for management and regulatory bodies.

Learn and apply regulatory guidelines related to mutual fund operations.

Liaise with internal departments and external partners as needed.

Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies.
