Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Nail Technician to join our wellness team. The Nail Technician will be responsible for providing a range of nail care services to employees, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and customer satisfaction. This role is crucial in supporting the well-being and morale of our workforce within our Indian operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manicures and pedicures, including nail shaping, cuticle care, and polishing.
- Apply artificial nails, including gels, acrylics, and tips.
- Provide nail art and decorative services as requested by clients.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, sterilizing tools and equipment according to health regulations.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and provide recommendations for nail care.
- Educate clients on proper nail and hand care techniques.
- Manage appointment schedules and client records.
- Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products.
