Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Naval Architect to join our dynamic team. The Naval Architect will be responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of maritime vessels and structures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. This role requires a strong understanding of naval architecture principles, material science, and project management, with a focus on innovative solutions for our diverse projects within the Gems & Jewellery industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute design plans for new vessels and maritime structures, ensuring structural integrity and operational efficiency.
• Conduct feasibility studies, structural analysis, and hydrodynamic calculations using advanced software.
• Oversee construction, repair, and maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Ensure all designs and operations comply with national and international maritime regulations, safety codes, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and regulatory bodies.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance vessel performance, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
