Naval Architect - 3-4 Yrs

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Naval Architect with a strong academic background, including an M.Pharma degree, to join our Investment Banking team in Vadodara. This role involves leveraging your unique interdisciplinary knowledge to assess investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and support strategic decision-making within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. You will play a crucial role in evaluating technical feasibility, market potential, and regulatory landscapes of potential investments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of target companies in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology space.
- Evaluate the technical aspects of drug development, manufacturing processes, and naval architecture principles as they relate to specialized maritime applications (e.g., offshore facilities, specialized vessels) if applicable.
- Assess market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory requirements impacting the healthcare and maritime-related sectors.
- Perform financial modeling and valuation of potential investments.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for the investment committee.
- Collaborate with senior investment professionals to identify and pursue new deal opportunities.
- Monitor and support portfolio companies, providing strategic and operational insights.
