Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Neonatologist to join our consulting practice. In this role, you will leverage your deep clinical expertise in neonatal care to advise healthcare organizations, government bodies, and other stakeholders on improving neonatal health outcomes, developing healthcare strategies, and implementing best practices. You will contribute to projects focused on healthcare system strengthening, policy development, and operational efficiency within the neonatal care spectrum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert clinical insights and strategic recommendations for neonatal healthcare initiatives.
• Analyze current neonatal care practices and identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and patient safety.
• Develop and present comprehensive reports, strategic plans, and implementation roadmaps to clients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers, policymakers, and technology experts.
• Contribute to the development of new service offerings and thought leadership in neonatal healthcare consulting.
• Advise on the adoption of new technologies and treatment protocols in neonatal intensive care units (NICUs).
• Support clients in navigating regulatory requirements and quality accreditation processes related to neonatal care.
