Network Architect

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Architect to join our IT infrastructure team. The Network Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our company's complex network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. This role requires a deep understanding of network technologies, protocols, and best practices, with a focus on supporting a global BPO/Call Centre environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure network architectures for our global operations, including WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, and data center networks.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
• Evaluate and recommend new network technologies and solutions to improve performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, systems administration, and application development, to ensure network requirements are met.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide timely resolution.
• Ensure network compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Lead network projects from conception to completion, including planning, design, implementation, and testing.
