Role Summary:
Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Network Architect with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing robust and secure network infrastructure to support critical defence and aerospace operations. This role requires a deep understanding of network protocols, security best practices, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable network solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement enterprise-level network architectures, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and data center networks.
Develop and maintain network security policies, procedures, and standards to protect sensitive defence data.
Perform network capacity planning, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal network performance and availability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define network requirements and provide technical expertise.
Evaluate and recommend new network technologies and solutions to enhance existing infrastructure.
Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
Ensure network compliance with relevant industry standards and government regulations.
