Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Network Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Tech degree and have a strong understanding of network infrastructure and management. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliable and secure operation of our company's network, supporting our critical power generation and distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
Implement and enforce network security policies and procedures to protect company data and infrastructure.
Assist in the design and implementation of network upgrades and expansions.
Conduct regular network audits and assessments.
Provide technical support to end-users for network-related issues.
Document network configurations, procedures, and incidents.
