Network Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Network Manager to oversee and manage our corporate network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust, secure, and high-performing network that supports our extensive operations in the petrochemical industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of network technologies and a proven ability to manage complex network environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage the company's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and other data communication systems.
• Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, intrusion detection systems, VPNs, and other security measures.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize network speed and reliability.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
• Plan and execute network upgrades and expansions to meet business needs.
• Manage network hardware and software inventory, and ensure timely procurement and deployment.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business units to understand and address network requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and industry best practices.
