Network Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Network Manager to oversee and manage our company's network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust, secure, and high-performing network environment to support our growing BPM operations in India. This role requires a proactive approach to network management, troubleshooting, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage the company's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and wireless networks.
• Ensure network availability, performance, and security through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Install, configure, and manage network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Develop and implement network security policies and procedures to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
• Plan and execute network upgrades and expansions to meet evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to resolve network issues and implement new solutions.
• Manage network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and inventory.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and best practices.
