Network Manager / Administrator

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Manager/Administrator with a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree to join our dynamic IT team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in managing and maintaining complex network infrastructures, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of our network systems, contributing to the seamless operation of our professional services delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage the company's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and wireless network infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues to ensure optimal uptime and connectivity.
- Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs.
- Manage network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and network operating systems.
- Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
- Plan and execute network upgrades and expansions to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate network services with other systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on network-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and best practices.
