Network Manager / Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Manager/Administrator to join our dynamic IT infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of our company's network infrastructure. This role involves ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our network systems, supporting both local and remote users, and collaborating with other IT teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless access points.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime and efficiency.
• Implement and maintain network security policies and procedures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and access controls.
• Plan and execute network upgrades and installations.
• Provide technical support to end-users for network-related issues.
• Develop and maintain network documentation.
• Collaborate with other IT teams on infrastructure projects.
