Network Manager / Administrator

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Network Manager/Administrator to oversee and manage the entire network infrastructure for our operations in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a secure, reliable, and high-performing network environment that supports our critical power generation, transmission, and distribution systems. This role requires a proactive approach to network management, troubleshooting, and ensuring optimal network performance and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage the company's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and other network systems.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot network problems, and implement solutions to ensure optimal uptime and performance.
• Configure and maintain network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Implement and manage network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
• Plan and execute network upgrades and expansions to meet evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with IT teams and other departments to ensure network infrastructure supports business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and best practices.
