We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Manager / Administrator with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will hold an M.Tech degree and possess a strong understanding of network infrastructure and management. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless operation and security of our IT network, supporting our mission to revolutionize the fitness and wellness industry in India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and manage the company's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPNs, and wireless networks.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime and efficiency.
- Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and access controls.
- Manage network hardware and software, ensuring regular updates and patching.
- Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business requirements and deploy new network solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding network connectivity and related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and best practices to recommend and implement improvements.
