Network Manager (Contract) | Indore

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Network Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Indore. The Network Manager will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our organization's computer network systems. This role requires a strong understanding of network infrastructure, security protocols, and hardware/software management to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our network. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a passion for maintaining robust and secure network environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and manage network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues to ensure optimal connectivity and uptime.
- Implement and maintain network security measures, including VPNs, intrusion detection systems, and access controls.
- Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
- Perform regular network maintenance, including software updates and patching.
- Collaborate with IT teams to plan and implement network upgrades and expansions.
- Provide technical support to end-users for network-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
