Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Network Manager with 0-2 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our corporate team in Vijayawada. This role will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of our organization's computer systems, networks, and servers. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure, supporting our mission of empowering Indian athletes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and upgrade network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal connectivity and reliability.
- Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within the network environment.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery operations.
- Provide technical support to end-users for network-related issues.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and best practices.
