We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Network Manager with 0-1 years of experience to join our dynamic IT team in Vadodara. This role is ideal for recent M.Tech graduates looking to kickstart their career in network administration within the clinical research sector. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our network infrastructure, supporting critical research and development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and software.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
Support the implementation of network security policies and procedures.
Perform routine network backups and disaster recovery operations.
Provide technical support to end-users for network-related issues.
Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Assist in network upgrades and expansion projects.
