Network Manager / Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Network Manager / Team Lead to oversee our company's network infrastructure and lead a small team of IT professionals. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our internal systems, supporting our creative and marketing teams, and maintaining the security and integrity of our data. You will be responsible for network design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, as well as mentoring and guiding your team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs).
• Design, implement, and upgrade network hardware and software.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality and uptime.
• Implement and enforce network security policies and procedures.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT support staff, providing guidance and training.
• Manage network-related projects and vendor relationships.
