Network Programmer / Analyst

Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Programmer / Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust network infrastructure and systems that support our extensive logistics operations across India. This role requires a strong understanding of network protocols, security, and performance optimization, along with the ability to analyze network data and troubleshoot complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPNs, Firewalls) to ensure high availability and performance.
• Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for optimization.
• Analyze network traffic and logs to detect and respond to security threats and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into network solutions.
• Troubleshoot network-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and industry best practices.
