Network Security Engineer

Role Summary:
Reliance Retail is seeking a motivated and skilled Network Security Engineer with a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree to join our dynamic IT security team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is ideal for an individual with 2-5 years of experience looking to contribute to the security posture of India's largest retailer. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust network security solutions to protect our extensive retail infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), VPNs, and other security appliances.
- Monitor network traffic for security breaches and anomalies, and respond to security incidents effectively.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments of the network infrastructure.
- Develop and enforce network security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure network configurations and integrations.
- Stay updated with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies, and recommend improvements.
- Provide technical support and guidance on network security best practices.
- Manage and maintain security logs and conduct forensic analysis when required.
