We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Network Service Technician with 1-2 years of experience to join our Oil & Gas operations in Delhi. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc degree and a foundational understanding of network infrastructure within industrial environments. This role is crucial for maintaining the seamless operation of our critical network systems, ensuring data integrity and communication reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure optimal uptime.
Perform routine network diagnostics and identify potential problems before they impact operations.
Support end-users with network-related queries and technical issues.
Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps.
Adhere to all company IT policies and security protocols.
Collaborate with senior network engineers on larger projects and system upgrades.
