Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Network Service Technician with 4-6 years of experience to join our IT infrastructure team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting our company's network systems and services to ensure optimal performance and security. This role requires a strong understanding of networking principles and hands-on experience with various network hardware and software. A B.Tech/B.E. degree in a relevant field is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Troubleshoot network issues, diagnose hardware and software problems, and provide timely resolution.
- Implement and manage network security measures, including VPNs, intrusion detection systems, and access controls.
- Perform regular network maintenance, including patching, upgrades, and backups.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to support overall IT operations.
- Ensure network compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
