Network Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Service Technician to join our growing IT team at Prana Studios. The Network Service Technician will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our network infrastructure to ensure seamless operation of our animation and VFX pipelines. This role is crucial for supporting our artists and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues, latency, and bandwidth problems.

Provide technical support to end-users for network-related issues.

Implement and manage network security measures to protect company data and systems.

Perform regular network maintenance, including software updates and hardware diagnostics.

Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Collaborate with other IT team members on network projects and upgrades.
