Network Service Technician

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Service Technician to join our IT infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network hardware and software to ensure optimal performance and security of our corporate network. This role requires a proactive approach to network management and a strong understanding of networking principles.

Key Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
* Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
* Perform regular network maintenance, including software upgrades and hardware replacements.
* Respond to and resolve network-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
* Implement and enforce network security policies and procedures.
* Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
* Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate network services with other systems.
* Provide technical support to end-users for network connectivity issues.
* Participate in network capacity planning and performance tuning.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and trends.
