Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Service Technician to join our IT infrastructure team. The Network Service Technician will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting our company's network systems and related hardware. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our network, supporting our advertising and marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues, identifying and resolving hardware and software problems.
Perform regular network maintenance, including software updates, patching, and backups.
Respond to and resolve network-related support tickets in a timely manner.
Assist in the planning and implementation of network upgrades and expansions.
Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Ensure network security policies and procedures are followed.
Collaborate with other IT team members to support overall IT operations.
