In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing our internal network infrastructure to ensure seamless operations for our consulting staff. You will work closely with IT management to implement network solutions, provide technical support, and contribute to the overall reliability and security of our network environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first and second-level support for network-related issues, including connectivity, performance, and security.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Assist in the implementation of network security measures and best practices.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with other IT team members on various projects and initiatives.
