Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Network (Support) Engineer to join our IT infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and support of our network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing excellent technical support to our internal users and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and software.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for network-related incidents and service requests.
• Implement and manage network security measures, including VPNs and access controls.
• Perform regular network maintenance, including patching and upgrades.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network services.
