Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Network (Support) Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and support of our company's network infrastructure, which is critical for our electrical equipment manufacturing and distribution operations. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting, problem-solving, and implementing network solutions to support business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues across LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi environments.
- Provide first and second-level technical support for network-related incidents and requests.
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, access points).
- Implement and manage network security measures, including VPNs and access controls.
- Perform regular network maintenance, including software updates and patching.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Assist in the planning and deployment of new network infrastructure projects.
- Ensure network uptime and reliability to support critical business operations.
