We are seeking a motivated Network (Support) Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc degree and a passion for ensuring seamless network operations within the fast-paced live entertainment industry. This role is crucial for maintaining the stability and performance of our event infrastructure, supporting both on-site and remote operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first and second-level support for network-related incidents and service requests.
• Monitor network performance and availability using various tools, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and software.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
• Support network infrastructure for live events, ensuring high availability and performance during critical periods.
• Collaborate with senior network engineers on network design, upgrades, and security implementations.
• Maintain accurate network documentation and diagrams.
• Participate in on-call rotation for network support.
