Network (Support) Engineer - Wipro (Bhubaneshwar)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Network (Support) Engineer with 0-1 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneshwar. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for network-related issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve potential problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose network connectivity and performance issues.
