Neuro Surgeon

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neuro Surgeon to join our medical services team. The Neuro Surgeon will be responsible for the diagnosis, surgical treatment, and management of neurological disorders affecting personnel within the CRPF. This role requires exceptional clinical judgment, surgical expertise, and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment, providing critical care to individuals involved in demanding law enforcement and security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of neurological conditions, including brain tumors, spinal cord injuries, stroke, epilepsy, and traumatic brain injuries.
• Perform complex neurosurgical procedures, utilizing advanced surgical techniques and technologies.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients, monitoring their recovery and managing complications.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals, including neurologists, radiologists, and anesthesiologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Interpret diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT scans, angiography) and other neurological tests.
• Manage acute neurological emergencies and provide critical care in trauma situations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to medical ethics and confidentiality guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in neurosurgery and neurological research.
