Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and refinement of legal and compliance frameworks related to healthcare BPO operations.
- Analyze client cases from a legal and medical-legal perspective, identifying potential risks and compliance issues.
- Liaise with legal teams and healthcare professionals to ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and ethical standards.
- Contribute to the training and development of BPO staff on legal and medical-legal aspects of client interactions.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to case reviews and compliance audits.
- Provide insights on the intersection of neurological conditions and legal frameworks for service improvement.
