We are seeking a dedicated Neuromonitoring Technician with 1-2 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our team in Chennai. This role will involve supporting our legal and compliance functions within the Ports & Shipping industry, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of legal frameworks and a keen eye for detail, coupled with an aptitude for technical monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the monitoring and review of legal documentation related to maritime operations and compliance.
- Support the legal team in identifying and mitigating potential legal risks within the company's port and shipping activities.
- Conduct preliminary research on relevant legal statutes, case law, and regulatory changes impacting the industry.
- Help in the preparation of reports and summaries on legal and compliance matters for management.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation of all legal and monitoring activities.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather information and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Stay updated on industry-specific regulations and best practices in legal and operational monitoring.
- Assist in the implementation and oversight of compliance protocols.
