Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Neuromonitoring Technician with 0-2 years of experience and a postgraduate degree to join our team in Ludhiana. This role involves assisting in intraoperative neuromonitoring procedures, ensuring the safety and integrity of neurological function during surgeries. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and contribute to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior neuromonitoring specialists in setting up and performing intraoperative neuromonitoring procedures (e.g., EEG, EMG, SSEP, MEP).
- Prepare and maintain neuromonitoring equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.
- Monitor and record neurological data during surgical procedures, identifying any abnormalities.
- Calibrate and troubleshoot equipment as needed during procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to all hospital and departmental protocols, including infection control and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other members of the surgical team.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated with the latest techniques and technologies in neuromonitoring.
