Role Summary:
Raymond Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced Neuropsychiatrist to join our occupational health team. Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough psychiatric and neurological assessments of employees.

* Manage and treat neurological conditions such as epilepsy, migraines, and other neurodegenerative disorders.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and psychotherapy.
* Provide counseling and support to employees and their families facing mental health challenges.
* Conduct occupational health assessments and provide recommendations for workplace adjustments.
* Collaborate with HR and other departments to develop and implement mental health awareness programs.
* Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
* Stay updated with the latest advancements in neuropsychiatry and occupational health.
