Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Neuropsychiatrist to join our corporate health and wellness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating mental health conditions and neurological disorders that may impact employee well-being and productivity within our infrastructure, transport, and real estate operations. This role is crucial in supporting the mental health of our diverse workforce across various project sites and corporate offices.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive neuropsychiatric evaluations, including patient history, mental status examinations, and neurological assessments.
Diagnose and manage a wide range of psychiatric and neurological conditions, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, dementia, epilepsy, and traumatic brain injuries.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating pharmacotherapy, psychotherapy, and other evidence-based interventions.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including general practitioners, neurologists, psychologists, and occupational therapists, to ensure integrated patient care.
Provide consultation and support to employees and management on mental health issues, stress management, and workplace accommodations.
Educate employees on mental health awareness, preventive strategies, and available resources.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in neuropsychiatry and relevant research.
