Neuropsychiatrist

Role Summary: Wizcraft International Entertainment is seeking a qualified and experienced Neuropsychiatrist to join our team. This unique role will focus on understanding and addressing the psychological and neurological well-being of our employees and talent, particularly those involved in high-pressure live event environments. The Neuropsychiatrist will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to support mental health, manage stress, and enhance cognitive performance within our dynamic industry. This position requires a deep understanding of both neurological disorders and psychiatric conditions, with a focus on their impact in demanding professional settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive neuropsychiatric assessments for employees experiencing stress, burnout, or cognitive difficulties.
• Diagnose and treat a range of psychiatric disorders and neurological conditions, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, sleep disorders, and cognitive impairments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy, tailored to the needs of individuals in the events industry.
• Provide consultation and support to HR and management on mental health policies, employee well-being programs, and crisis intervention strategies.
• Educate employees and teams on stress management techniques, resilience building, and maintaining cognitive function under pressure.
• Collaborate with external healthcare providers and institutions as needed for specialized care or referrals.
• Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in neuropsychiatry and their application in occupational health.
