Neuropsychiatrist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Neuropsychiatrist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing specialized mental health care to our employees, focusing on the unique stressors and challenges faced by individuals in the fast-paced travel and tourism industry. You will conduct comprehensive neuropsychiatric evaluations, diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting the overall well-being and productivity of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough neuropsychiatric assessments, including patient history, mental status examinations, and relevant diagnostic tests.
• Diagnose and manage a spectrum of psychiatric and neurological disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, burnout, and cognitive impairments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating pharmacotherapy, psychotherapy, and other evidence-based interventions.
• Provide consultation and support to employees experiencing work-related stress, emotional distress, or mental health crises.
• Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement mental health wellness programs and initiatives tailored to the travel industry.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in neuropsychiatry and their application in occupational health.
