We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Neuropsychiatrist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience, with a strong understanding of neurological and psychiatric conditions and their impact on cognitive and behavioral functions. This role will involve assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients, particularly in the context of employee well-being and support within a dynamic corporate environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the mental and cognitive health of our workforce, contributing to a productive and supportive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive neuropsychiatric evaluations, including patient history, neurological examinations, and cognitive assessments.
- Diagnose a wide range of neurological and psychiatric disorders, with a focus on conditions affecting cognition, mood, and behavior.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and psychotherapy.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, HR, and management to provide holistic patient care and support.
- Provide consultation and support for employees experiencing stress, burnout, or other mental health challenges.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in neuropsychiatry and its application in corporate wellness.
