Neuropsychiatrist (LLM Graduates) - 3-4 Yrs Exp

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Neuropsychiatrist with a Master of Laws (LLM) degree and 3-4 years of relevant experience to join our team in Kochi. Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze and interpret complex legal statutes, regulations, and case law relevant to the accounting and auditing industry in India.
* Provide expert legal counsel on compliance, risk assessment, and governance matters impacting financial operations.
* Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks associated with financial reporting, auditing standards, and corporate law.
* Review and draft legal documents, contracts, and policies related to client engagements and internal operations.
* Collaborate with internal teams (auditors, finance, compliance) to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
* Conduct legal research on emerging trends and their potential impact on the firm's services and clients.
* Assist in the development and delivery of legal training programs for staff.
* Stay updated on changes in Indian and international financial and corporate law.
