We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Neuropsychiatrist with a Master of Laws (LLM) degree and 3-4 years of relevant experience to join our team in Kochi. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between complex legal frameworks and our company's strategic and operational decisions within the accounting and auditing sector. You will apply your legal expertise to intricate financial and regulatory challenges, contributing to robust compliance and risk management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze and interpret complex legal statutes, regulations, and case law relevant to the accounting and auditing industry in India.
* Provide expert legal counsel on compliance, risk assessment, and governance matters impacting financial operations.
* Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks associated with financial reporting, auditing standards, and corporate law.
* Review and draft legal documents, contracts, and policies related to client engagements and internal operations.
* Collaborate with internal teams (auditors, finance, compliance) to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
* Conduct legal research on emerging trends and their potential impact on the firm's services and clients.
* Assist in the development and delivery of legal training programs for staff.
* Stay updated on changes in Indian and international financial and corporate law.
