Night Auditor / Manager

Role Summary: The Night Auditor / Manager will be responsible for overseeing all hotel operations during the overnight shift, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for guests. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership and financial acumen. The Night Auditor/Manager will be the primary point of contact for any issues that arise during the night and will be responsible for closing out daily financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift, including front desk, housekeeping, and security.

Perform end-of-day accounting and balancing of all hotel revenues, including posting room charges, posting, and balancing of all food and beverage, and other departmental revenues.

Prepare daily financial reports and reconcile any discrepancies.

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and professionally.

Ensure the security and safety of the hotel premises and guests during the night.

Supervise and train night staff, providing guidance and support.

Conduct regular checks of hotel facilities and report any maintenance issues.

Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed.
