Night Auditor / Manager

Role Summary: The Night Auditor / Manager is responsible for overseeing all hotel operations during the overnight shift, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of front desk, guest services, and financial reporting. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership and financial acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all front desk operations during the night shift.
• Perform and verify all financial transactions, including posting charges, balancing accounts, and preparing daily reports.
• Ensure accurate and timely closing of the day's business.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and professionally.
• Oversee the security of the hotel premises during the night.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
• Prepare and present end-of-shift reports to management.
• Train and mentor night audit staff.
