Night Auditor / Manager

Role Summary:
APL Logistics India is seeking a diligent and experienced Night Auditor / Manager to oversee and manage all financial and operational activities during the night shift. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, managing client interactions, and maintaining operational continuity for our import and export logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough night audits of financial transactions, including revenue, expenses, and accounts receivable/payable.
- Reconcile daily financial statements and identify any discrepancies, investigating and resolving them promptly.
- Prepare and present daily financial reports to management.
- Oversee and manage the night shift operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely processing of shipments.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues that arise during the night shift, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and train night shift staff, providing guidance and support.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions and operational activities.
- Implement and enforce security protocols to safeguard company assets and information.
