NLP / DL Engineering / Architect

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced NLP / DL Engineering / Architect to join our team at Tata Power. This role will be instrumental in leveraging cutting-edge Natural Language Processing and Deep Learning technologies to extract insights, automate processes, and drive innovation within the power industry. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI/ML models that address complex business challenges, from predictive maintenance and grid optimization to customer sentiment analysis and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art NLP and Deep Learning models for various power industry applications.
- Architect scalable and robust AI/ML solutions, considering data pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with domain experts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct research and stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP, Deep Learning, and related fields.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML projects, from data preprocessing and feature engineering to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Develop and maintain documentation for models, algorithms, and system architectures.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a strong AI/ML competency within the organization.
- Evaluate and select appropriate tools, frameworks, and platforms for AI/ML development and deployment.
- Ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies.
