Non-IT Recruiter

Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our Human Resources team at Larsen & Toubro. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for a variety of non-technical roles across our manufacturing and production facilities in India. This role is crucial in ensuring we attract and retain top talent to support our diverse business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for non-IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates for roles such as plant operators, engineers (non-IT specific), technicians, administrative staff, and supply chain professionals.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, professional networking sites, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide market insights.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
